Learning Video Based on Powtoon with a Flipped Classroom Approachon Elasticity Material

Abstract

This study aims to produce a powtoon based learning video with a flipped classroom approach on elasticity material that is suitable for use as a learning medium. The method used in this research is a Research and Development (RnD) with the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). The steps are analyzing, product design, product development, implementation and evaluation. This learning video has gone through the validation test phase with an achievement percentage of 89.05% according to material experts and 66.36% according to media experts. Furthermore, product trials were carried out on educators and students. The results of product trials for educators showed the percentage of achievement of 93,6% and product trials to students showed the percentage of achievement of 89.25%. Based on the results of the validation test and product testing, it can be concluded that the powtoon based learning video with the flipped classroom approach on elasticity material is suitable for use as a learning medium.
